The AEIC staff track legislation that promotes energy innovation. We use a broad interpretation of energy innovation legislation as efforts intended to accelerate the development and deployment of new energy technologies. The AEIC in no way endorses or opposes any of the legislation tracked; inclusion on the list is purely for educational purposes.
